Q: what do i need to start?

A:4RMFIT caters to EVERY demographic!

We have spent the past

DECADE 

dedicated to rising youth athletes and adults with pre-existing injuries,

hence our emphasis on form related training.

Not only do we coach you in weightlifting

and proper cardiovascular training our programs place an emphasis on YOGA & PILATES during each session as a means to counteract

MUSCULOSKELETAL ABNORMALITIES 

and STRESS RELATED ISSUES.

This style of training should be on the forefront of each and every program. If ignored, you are guaranteed to experience irreversible and worsening injuries.

Your health is an investment not an expense.

Q: how about scheduling?

A: 4RMFIT aims to train each client

IN PERSON for 1 - 1.5 HOURS 

each session!

That is EXCEEDING the average personal training time of  30 MINUTES PER CLIENT. This gives each coach enough time to train their clients effectively and provide the EDUCATION needed to be successful in reaching your goals.

 

We also provide online training!

However, 1 on 1 training is PREFERRED.
